Bernardo “NEEV” is a multidisciplinary creator, coach, and public speaker driven by a simple mission: help people feel better, move better, and live with more clarity, purpose, and longevity.

Bernardo first became known as NEEV, an artist and songwriter whose work reached national and international audiences. His song at Festival da Canção, Portugal’s Eurovision selection, became the most voted entry by the public, establishing him as one of the standout acts of the year.Throughout his career he has collaborated with world-class producers, including Larry Klein—the multi-Grammy-winning producer behind projects with Joni Mitchell, Prince, Tracy Chapman, Melody Gardot, and Herbie Hancock. Bernardo’s songwriting and vocal performances have accumulated hundreds of millions of streams worldwide, including the Billboard-charting, multi-platinum single “Breathe” with SEEB and 11lit3s, along with additional collaborations with artists such as Mike Perry and others.
Beyond the creative work, Bernardo is a committed social entrepreneur who uses art and community to drive tangible impact. Through Encore Music for All, a project he co-created, he developed and delivered a series of meaningful initiatives in partnership with non-profits such as Make-A-Wish, Transformers, and Coração Amarelo. The project brought music into, schools, and at-risk communities; organized unplugged concerts with some of Portugal’s most influential artists; and provided instruments and resources to young people who otherwise wouldn’t have access.Bernardo’s approach is simple: use creativity as a vehicle for connection, hope, and possibility—proving that art can be more than performance; it can be service.

After stepping back from music to rebuild with intention, Bernardo redirected years of performance pressure, reinvention, and human behavior study into creating BirdFlow—a premium movement and wellness ecosystem rooted in science, longevity, and real-world sustainability. He is a Yoga Alliance–certified teacher with over 500 hours of formal training, graduating with honors under renowned instructor Jess Rose and the YogaBody College; an Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing and Breathing for Yoga instructor; a Science of Stretching™ coach; and a Precision Nutrition–certified coach specializing in habit change and systems-based implementation.Bernardo is also a certified meditation teacher through the renowned Ann Swanson, known for her evidence-driven approach to neuroscience and physiology. This certification shapes BirdFlow’s meditation pillar: practical, science-based, and built for people with busy, modern lives, not abstract theory. In addition, he is a certified ATG strength coach, integrating biomechanics, joint health, and progressive strength training into his longevity-focused methodology.

Across all these disciplines, Bernardo’s philosophy remains consistent: health must be measurable, sustainable, and deeply personal. BirdFlow blends breath mechanics, mobility, science-informed strength, meditation, and behavioral architecture into a unified framework for long-term well-being. It’s where his artistic background, resilience, and scientific rigor converge—transforming personal reinvention into a method that helps others rebuild their bodies, manage stress, and design a healthier life that lasts.
